Shaun Chambers PFA

Director / Financial Adviser

Shaun lives with his wife and two children in the seaside town of Worthing.  He has been providing financial advice since 1996 at several companies before setting up BCJ Financial Planning with his two fellow Directors in 2011. He prides himself on the service he provides for his clients and enjoys helping them and their families throughout the financial journey.  He specialises in Wealth management, Savings and Investments, Pension and Retirement planning, Estate planning, Long term care Insurance and Life protection.

Shaun is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland (CIOBS) and holds the Diploma in Investment Planning.

Shaun is a long-time follower of sport in general and still enjoys playing Cricket and Golf with his son, even at his age. Umpiring at cricket might be the next step! 

Philip Bowen PFA

Director / Financial Adviser

Philip has been in the industry since 1994 starting with AMP (Australian Mutual Provident). Since doing his apprenticeship, so to speak, in large corporate companies, he progressed into the bigger and wider world of the private financial adviser companies, eventually setting up BCJ with his colleagues in February 2011.  We felt we could offer our clients a more personal and bespoke service, as we are so likeminded and we draw on each other’s strengths, working very much as one team.

We work to a high professional level in our office, which is situated in a relaxed setting within the boundaries of a family owned Country Estate, Knepp Castle.

Lisa Nunn

Protection Adviser / Administrator

Lisa joined BCJ in early 2016 having previously worked in the Banking sector as a Mortgage adviser for 16 years. She is currently studying for her Diploma in Financial Advice which will allow her to become a part of the company’s advice team. Whilst studying Lisa also helps out in the office with general administration duties.

Lisa’s home life is taken up with looking after her young family as well as the two family dogs.

Sandra Chambers

Administrator

Sandra joined BCJ shortly after inception in 2011 having previously worked in a Bank for 18 years. Sandra works part time undertaking the company administration duties. When not in the office, she is busy with family life.
