Our Team

Shaun lives with his wife and two now grown up children in the seaside town of Worthing. He has been providing financial advice since 1996 at several companies before setting up BCJ Financial Planning with his two fellow Directors in 2011. He is now the only working Director with his two colleagues enjoying retirement. He prides himself on the service he provides for his clients and enjoys helping them and their families throughout the financial journey. He specialises in Wealth management, Savings and Investments, Pension and Retirement planning, Estate planning, Long term care Insurance and Protection needs.

He holds the Diploma in Investment Planning.

Shaun is a long-time follower of sport in general and is heavily involved with a local Cricket Club, now umpiring rather than playing. He still enjoys playing Golf and Darts, although he does not profess to be great at either!! 

Lisa joined BCJ Financial Planning in early 2016 having previously worked in the Banking sector as a Mortgage adviser for 16 years. She passed her Diploma for Financial Advisers at the end of 2019 which saw her become an integral part of the company’s advice team. Lisa also helps out in the office with general administration duties.

At home, Lisa spends most of her time looking after her husband, two teenage children and four very lively Labradors which she loves going on long country walks with.

Sandra joined BCJ Financial Planning shortly after inception in 2011 having previously worked in a bank for 18 years. Sandra undertakes the company administration duties. When not in the office, she enjoys family life, socialising with friends and travel.
